Texas OTTB Ihearucallingme

Ihearucallingme is a 2008 colt bred and raced by Dr. Nat Kieffer, former professor of genetics at Texas A&M. He is a son of Higher Calling out of the Devious Course mare Callie D. and a winner of over $45,000 on the track.
After his racing days were over, he was given to Marshall Graves, granddaughter of successful Thoroughbred breeders and owners Marshall and Mickey Robinson of Fort Worth. The Robinsons bred Champion Sprinter, Groovy ($1,346,956), and Marshall is a former president of the Texas Thoroughbred Association.
The jumping photo below was taken just 30 days after Ihearucallingme left Retama Park. He is already going over fences and on his way to a new career.
