The $35,000 Added 2021 Battle of the Breeds Claiming Stakes is coming to Lone Star Park this December.

The Claiming Stakes for Three Year Olds And Up Thoroughbreds, Quarter Horses, Paint Horses and Appaloosas will be contested at 870 yards. Trials for the Stake are scheduled for December 3rd at Lone Star Park. The Final is scheduled for December 18th at Lone Star Park.

Payment Deadlines are September 20th ($200), October 20th ($400), and November 20th ($400). If you missed the nomination payment on September 20th, you may late nominate your horses by making a double payment of that payment date.
