Important Terms:
Acceptable bids are those received in the TTA office no later than DATE OF CLOSING at 5 p.m. Central by mail service, overnight delivery, email delivery, phone, hand delivery, or by fax delivery.

The successful bidder will be notified on the date of closing. Winning bidders will be billed and payment must be made within 30 days of invoice.

The successful bidder is purchasing the breeding season only. Once the successful bidder and the stallion owner have been notified and payment processed, all further correspondence and actions shall be between the purchaser and stallion owner.

As evidenced by my submission of this form, I understand the terms of the bidding process and release the TTA of any liability in connection with the bidding process.
