Century Acres, a relatively new farm located near Hempstead and next to Lane’s End Texas, was the subject of a recent feature article in The Blood-Horse. Operated by Teo Mallet and David Ranslem, the 100-acre facility offers boarding, foaling, sales prep and lay-ups in addition to its own broodmare band.
“This is the best horse land in this area of the state, and being located next to Lane’s End was a no-brainer,” said Mallet in the article. “We want to be a boutique farm that really caters to hands-on service.”
