Announcing the opening of Marjorie Farms in Fredericksburg, Texas, located minutes from downtown Fredericksburg in the middle of the thriving Texas Wine Trail.
Farm owners John and Elisabeth Hay of Fredericksburg, Texas, are actively investing in the revitalization of the iconic property situated on 136 acres of prime Pedernales River Valley soil. Formerly operated as Eureka Thoroughbred Farm, they saw the opportunity to elevate the established farm to a world class thoroughbred breeding and equine property. From that vision Marjorie Farms was born and they are painstakingly working to transform the farm into the premier facility in the Southwest. Led by industry legend, Bill Tracy, the farm will continue to offer premier mare care, layup, and stallion opportunities.
Current facility renovations are underway with the expectation of limited private farm tours beginning in December. Marjorie Farms 2024 Stallion offering will be announced the week of November 13th.
