Two new stallions, Grade 3 winner and track record holder King Zachary and Grade 2-placed winner Tiz Mischief, are both headed to Texas to begin their stud careers for Melanie Peterson and Brian McClay, owners of Hell On Heels Racing Stable.

King Zachary, a son of Curlin, won the Grade 3 Matt Win Stakes at Churchill Downs and set a Saratoga track record while winning the Birdstone Stakes at 1 3/4 miles.

Tiz Mischief, by Into Mischief, ran second to King Zachary in the Matt Win and also hit the board in the Grade 2 Holy Bull Stakes and Grade 3 Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes.
