We are starting to receive ballots for the TTA Board of Directors Election and need to remind you of a couple of things:

1. Mail in your ballots as soon as possible, as we are experiencing slow mail service and the deadline for RECEIPT is December 15, 2020.

2. PRINT your name on the return envelope LEGIBLY. If we cannot verify that the ballot is coming from a current TTA member it cannot be opened and counted.

3. Verified ballots will be opened and tabulated in the TTA office on Friday, December 18th. If you would like to be present as an observer, please contact Mary Ruyle in the TTA office at 512.458.6133.
